A participant should understand the nature and risk of the event, which he/she is joining voluntarily, and has no right to make claims of compensation to the organiser for the injuries, accidents, deaths or any forms of loss caused by participation in this event, or hold the organiser liable for such injuries, accidents, deaths or loss.
Please consult a doctor if you have any concern about your physical conditions prior to this event. Pay attention to your physical conditions during the event, and continue only if your conditions allow. If you feel unwell, stop immediately and seek medical help.
Please check the weather forecast in advance and do not start if adverse weather is expected. Please stop and stay at a safe place if the weather suddenly deteriorates during the event.
The organiser will use the account name and mobile number of a participant for identification. Each participant can redeem one souvenir per each Reward only. Eligible participants who have successfully collected the required numbers of “check-in” records within the event period and completed the souvenir redemption process through the game account will receive an SMS confirmation for souvenir redemption sent to their registered mobile numbers.
The participant must follow the instructions to redeem the souvenir at the designated location within the specified period by presenting a souvenir collection SMS. The participant may be required to provide the “check-in” records for verification. Please do not forward the souvenir collection SMS to others. In the event that the participant fails to collect the souvenir within the specified period, he/she shall be assumed to have given up the souvenir redemption.
If the participant provides an inaccurate mobile number resulting in the organiser’s failure to contact the participant or verify his/her eligibility for souvenir redemption, he/she will be disqualified from redeeming souvenirs.
In the event that a participant cannot redeem the souvenir in person, he/she can authorise a representative to collect it on his/her behalf with an authorisation letter. The representative shall present the signed authorisation letter together with the collection SMS and the relevant “check-in” records for verification.
The organiser will NOT collect your personal information or request fees by email or WhatsApp.
Participants must fully understand the terms and conditions of the event. Submission of registration represents the participant’s acceptance and willingness to comply with the said terms and conditions.
In case of any disputes, the organiser reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
